ROGER W. SMITH
OWNER/DIRECTOR

American Truck School, LLC is owned by Roger W. Smith and is operated with pride
and a stated mission to become the premiere Truck Driving
Training Institution in the state of California.

Roger has over 19 years experience as a Commercial Truck Driver and has worked in
positions that included vehicle maintenance and repair, training new hires, and meeting
OSHA and EPA standards. Roger was Lead Instructor with Western Truck School
from 1994 through June of 1997 at which time American Truck School, LLC
was established. Roger has extensive experience in helping students
complete training and obtain employment. Roger has been a
California Certified Driving Instructor since 1994.

American Truck School, LLC's Tractor/Trailer Operator course has been approved by the
Bureau for Private and Post-Secondary and Vocational Education according to California
Education Code, Section 94311. The Bureau's approval means that the
institution and it's operation comply with the standards established
under law for occupational instruction by
private Post-Secondary institutions
